If you need the info: the dog was transported on Saturday, Oct 30th from Memphis, TN to New Orleans, LA by Ona Cooper (Meows And BowWows rescue, and founder of NO-Kill Memphis) representing Steve Markwell of Olympic Animal Sanctuary in Washington State. The animal was taken to Animal Rescue New Orleans where it is now housed. The animal was released sick with an upper respiratory infection by the Memphis Shelter. This is in clear violation of the Mississippi requirements.Mississippi:James A.
